Remote work is here to stay.  

83% of workers, remote or on-site, say that a remote work opportunity would make them feel happier at their job. However, more than 60% of workers in the US economy cannot work remotely.

What does this mean for the future of work?

It means that the new reality of work will be a hybrid work environment where 25% of advanced economies workforce will work remotely at least three days a week, changing the nature of work dramatically.
